How to view EventUp Leads in your Tripleseat dashboard

It’s no secret that EventUp by Tripleseat is the industry-leading venue marketplace. EventUp is a game-changer when it comes to delivering viable leads to your Tripleseat dashboard. We could provide you with nameless statistics and graphs to prove this, but we figured it might be easier and more meaningful to show you how you can pull the proof yourself using your own data.


The Tripleseat Lead Details report is the easiest way to pull leads specific to your venue listings. Simply go to the Reports tab, scroll down until you see the Lead Details Report, and click Custom. From here, you can customize the fields you’d like to include in your report and choose the lead source you want to report on, in this case, EventUp.

Another great report is the Lead Conversions Report, located directly below the Lead Details Report on your reporting page in Tripleseat. This report gives you a daily breakdown of the number of leads received, from where they were received, and how many were converted to events, contacts, or marked as lost. If you click to run a Custom version, you can choose to group the leads by Source, making it easy to view how many leads came from your venue listings and the course they took. 




As you can see from the screenshot below, if you group the report by Source, you’ll easily be able to find the leads that came in from EventUp compared to other sources.



Everyone’s favorite Tripleseat report and the most versatile, the Event Details Report, can also be used to pull information regarding leads that came in from your venue listings. When customizing an Event Details Report, you can choose a field you want to group and/or sort the events by. Choose a Source for these, and you can easily distinguish events that came from EventUp.
