    Bennett Media Studio is a five-story building offering 11,000 square feet of space with stunning light, striking architectural details, and convenient amenities. This venue can be rented in two different options. The first option is for smaller business meetings and includes the duplex floored 3,500 square-foot gallery and performance space with a kitchen, 2 baths, stage and dedicated lighting.     The second bookable option for this business venue includes a four-floor residence of 6,500 square feet with a large living, dining, kitchen, and outdoor terraced area. This venue has hosted high-end exclusive corporate events for NBC, Trump, NY Times, LaMer, Moet Hennessey, Lancome and others. Fees for this exclusive space are typically $10,000.

    Meet at the Apartment

    Meet at the Apartment is a two-story, 2,500 square-foot, highly stylized open loft in the Soho district of New York City. Fully engineered for creative thought to flourish, Meet has been intuitively outfitted with idea-generating essentials: a library stocked with art, design, and photography reference books, a kitchen pantry filled with goodies, and breakout rooms that could double as private rooms in the trendiest NYC clubs.

    The upstairs area is 1,300 square feet with windows on three sides and curtains to divide the space into four sections. Accommodating 40 for sit-down presentations or 100 for product launches and premiere events, the space includes a library, two breakout rooms (each with lounge furniture, phone chargers, iMac station and 65” high-definition presentation screens) and a bright, open loft kitchen complete with fully stocked pantry, refrigerator filled with beverages, and a “kitchen table” large enough to accommodate 10 individuals.

    Downstairs, a well-lit 1,000 square-foot conference room features a Vitra conference table that accommodates 18 in ultra-cozy Vitra Worknest chairs, a mobile 65” high definition presentation screen, whiteboard walls with gator shelving to present creative boards and computer, and TV and telephone access. Leather couches create a casual meeting environment and a 200 square-foot Green Room offers added space for privacy. Fees for this event space start from $3,000 for up to 50 people.

    SoTechie Spaces

    SoTechie is a coworking space in NYC. This venue provides a shared office coworking space environment for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and telecommuters. The venue is located in Midtown, a central location in New York's bustling metropolis. The venue environment is social, uplifting, and above all, professional. Open House Lofts New York started out as a unique, non-traditional venue for focus groups and other market research projects, and now also plays host to creative corporate meetings, team building workshops and ideation and brainstorming sessions for leading global brands like Apple, Nike, Louis Vuitton and American Express. It can hold a maximum of 100 people and amenities include A/V equipment, WiFi and outside catering. It also has a rooftop patio and stunning views of New York City. Typical fees for this venue range from $2,500 to $4,000.
