Are you planning an event in New York City but want a venue that’s a blank slate so you can create your own aesthetic? Chelsea Industrial may be just the location you’re looking for.
Located between the Manhattan neighborhoods of Chelsea, Hudson Yards, and Midtown West, this 22,000 square-foot space can host events between 50 and 1,100 guests for almost any occasion. Chelsea Industrial has hosted galas, brand activations, trainings, conferences, fashion shows, fundraisers, art installations, and so much more.
The venue has three sections that can be booked for events. The Yard is the largest section at 15,000 square feet. It has 18 foot ceilings, breakout space, one of New York City’s largest internal LED screens, projection and truss lighting. You also have access to several points of entry, two kitchens, and floor to ceiling windows.
The Village is the second section and spans 4,000 square feet at the corner of 28th Street and 11th Avenue. It includes several points of entry, 18-foot ceilings, break out space, back-of-house space, and floor to ceiling windows.
The last section is The Lounge, spanning 3,000 square feet. It has a private entrance, built-in bar areas, 18-foot ceilings, space for production buildouts, and floor to ceiling windows.
You can make all of these sections your own, with the decor and design of your choice, and use the wall space for art or digital projections. Chelsea Industrial also has a list of local vendors they can provide for catering, decor, floral design, and more.
