As we start to think about warmer temperatures ahead and picture ourselves with a nice cold beverage, let’s check out some of the Top 10 Beer Cities of 2021 according to Untappd. The Drinks Business highlighted some of their favorite spots across the country and we rounded up some of the best EventUp breweries in each of these cities.

Seattle was the 10th city on the list with 222k venue check-ins. If you find yourself in Seattle and looking for a great brewery or event space, definitely check out Pike Brewing Company. Conveniently located in downtown Seattle, Pike Brewing is right next door to the Pike Place Market. This independent craft brewery was founded in 1989 and offers two unique event spaces, the Microbrewery Museum, and brewery for all of your event needs.
Another great brewery in Seattle is Optimism Brewing Company. They take their beer seriously and work with an assortment of food trucks from the area. And they can host your event with up to 700 guests! Talk about a huge event space.
Heading to #8 on the list, Asheville, North Carolina is small but mighty in terms of craft beer. This is the ideal town for any beer lover and we want to make sure Highland Brewing Company, Hi-Wire Brewing, and Wedge at Foundation are on your itinerary.
Highland Brewing Company is Asheville’s original craft brewery. They take the claim to fame for the first legal brewery in Asheville since prohibition in 1994. With room for up to 300 guests, the industrial-chic event spaces at this brewery will have your guests loving every minute.
Charlotte took #7 on the list and we have a couple of great recommendations for you. Free Will Craft + Vine has over 60 taps of self-serve beer and wine to keep your guests from going thirsty. Resident Culture Brewing Company is another fun spot for a funky party in the Charlotte area. They have over 1,700 square feet of private space with rustic oak wine barrels (full of beer!) lining the walls.
Coming in at #5 on the list is San Diego. Iconic brewery Stone Brewing has created a truly unique event space at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens in Escondido. With an incredible open-air patio and one-acre beer garden, you’ll never want to leave. This space can fit up to 1,000 guests with a venue buy-out.
Finally, coming in at #1 on the list with over 355,000 venue check-ins is the Windy City, Chicago. Definitely check out Goose Island Brewery which hosts events at their Fulton Street Brewery location. They have limited days for events but the guests will be thrilled to be sipping on some Goose Island beers.
And last but not least, Revolution Brewing is a great space for a wedding reception, cozy celebration dinner, or a spirited holiday party.
