2020 was the year of turbulence and the unknown. 2021 has been the year of rebuilding and growth.
On EventUp we saw huge growth in co-working spaces and residential mansions joining the site. In the aftermath of the Pandemic, many office buildings were still closed yet folks yearned to gather around a table and work with like-minded folks. While families and friends rented houses complete with pools, hot tubs, gaming systems, and wondrous views to party for days or weeks on end.
We were finally able to get out and visit with some of our customers. We joined WeWork The Space at Flatiron rooftop for a Facebook live. We also grabbed a Bloody Mary at Bostonia Public House.
We even got to attend a few events safely. EventUp and Tripleseat co-sponsored a booth at the TRA Marketplace. EventUp sponsored a booth at the Event Planner Expo in New York City, as well as joined Tripleseat EventCamp in New York City as a partner.
In October we sent out a customer survey to collect feedback directly from you to see what enhancements or new features you want to see in the product. Stay tuned - many of your ideas have been added to the 2022 roadmap.
If there is anything that last year has taught us, is that nothing will end the party! People will never stop gathering and celebrating the bright spots of life.

EventUp Announced the Launch of the Self-Serve Model
In November 2021, EventUp launched its newest feature; the Self-Service Model. This new feature allows venues to easily sign up and create their profile on the largest venue directory without ever having to talk to someone.
“Our goal was to further streamline how venues interact and join the EventUp directory. We have designed an experience that is simple and straightforward. Any venue is able to fill out a few key pieces of information, enter their billing details, and get up and running with their venue listing in order to start collecting commission-free leads in only a few minutes,” said Jonathan Morse, CEO, and Founder of Tripleseat.
We understand that private dining and event experiences are a competitive market. The EventUp self-service model helps you accomplish what you need to, quickly and efficiently, so you can focus on what matters most: perfectly executing the events on your calendar.
EventUp offers a variety of listing packages to fit your marketing needs with competitive monthly pricing.
